Sometimes, I take for granted the beauty of the night. How intriguing, magical, mysterious, and inviting it can be.

Observing the story of stars with some good company, in a field filled with our dreams. I look forward to the nighttime dance of glittering stars.

As the roar of the train sets with the sun, I can only hope to have such a night where my imagination can wander and enjoy being in the moment, my moment.

There are no boundaries or limits in this universe. Therefore, you should not put limits on your ideas.

Candy-coated memories

As I was shopping for some last minute groceries, I could not help but notice the over-the-top Easter displays of candy, treats, and other goodies. I was surprised that I was not even tempted to buy one treat.

Then I thought, maybe I only enjoyed candy because how pretty my Easter baskets looked. How every wrapper was pastel with a cute Easter bunny that had handwriting exactly like my Mom's. (insert smile here).

I also realized that my favorite candy growing up is not readily available, out-dated, and not considered cool anymore. However, this does not mean that my favorite candies aren't still special.

From zebra striped gum, candy wax soda bottles, to Skor bars I have some pretty fond memories associated with these candies. My family also collected kol-aid stamps for fun, even though we never redeemed them for the prize.

If you have a sweet tooth for life...create your life full of sweet memories that will having you craving for more times like these.

When your day ends well

It is a beautiful feeling when what you imagine comes true. This morning, I hoped and wished to accomplish many things, but mostly to just be happy.

There are many elements that are needed to have a good day. Sometimes I may need inspiration, encouragement, or simply remind myself to be positive. 

Days like these help get me through the not so fun days. The days I can not wait to be over and never want to repeat again. Thankfully, those days are far and few between my more lovely days. 

Before my night comes to an end, I plan to savor each and every minute, be thankful for today, and wish for tomorrow to be better than the last.
